Programmes and Learning

Support programme design, curriculum development, cohort coordination, participant experience, and learning systems.

Research and Engineering

Contribute to technical research, documentation, prototyping, exploratory projects, and engineering-development initiatives.

Technology and Product

Help build and improve Kavana Labs websites, platforms, internal tools, data systems, and digital products.

Design and Creative

Shape visual identity, product experience, campaign assets, motion design, branding, and communications materials.

Communications and Publicity

Support social media, newsletters, public storytelling, media production, documentation, and community engagement.

Partnerships and Growth

Help research, develop, and manage relationships with sponsors, universities, schools, companies, and institutions.

Operations and Administration

Support coordination, planning, documentation, logistics, volunteer systems, internal workflows, and events.

Finance and Governance

Contribute to budgeting, accountability, nonprofit systems, compliance, governance support, and financial planning.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact
