You will help recruit, onboard, match, and check in with volunteers across Kavana Labs and KES. Ideal for people who are good with communication, coordination, follow-up, team culture, and people management.
Responsibilities
- Support volunteer recruitment and onboarding.
- Help match volunteers to suitable roles.
- Track volunteer availability, activity, and engagement.
- Help manage volunteer agreements, expectations, and check-ins.
- Support smooth communication between volunteers and team leads.
