Applications and programs

Submitting an application, registration, or interest form does not guarantee admission to a program, a role, or a partnership — every submission is reviewed. Individual programs (such as KES 001) may carry their own participation guidelines, which are shared with accepted participants and apply alongside these terms.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and yours to share.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse our forms — no spam, impersonation, or submissions on someone else's behalf without their consent.
• Do not upload files that are malicious, unlawful, or unrelated to your application.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to our sites, portal, or infrastructure.

Learning portal accounts

Portal accounts are invite-only and personal to you. Keep your sign-in credentials private, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts that are misused or that put other participants at risk.

Content and intellectual property

The content, branding, and materials on our sites belong to Kavana Labs or are used with permission — please don't reuse them commercially without asking us first. What you submit remains yours: you give us permission to store, review, and process your submissions for the purpose you sent them.

Disclaimers

Our sites and programs are provided in good faith and "as is". We work hard to keep information accurate and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and — to the extent permitted by law — we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the sites.
