Overview
A serious learning culture lives in the spaces where learners talk to each other. You will help manage KES community channels — reminders, updates, healthy peer learning, and light moderation. Ideal for people who are friendly, responsive, organized, and good at keeping communities active and focused.
Responsibilities
- Support learner communication and community engagement.
- Share reminders, updates, resources, and announcements.
- Encourage healthy peer learning and collaboration.
- Help moderate discussions and escalate issues.
- Support a culture of seriousness, respect, and consistency.
