Coordinate mentors, mentor-learner matching, mentor communication, and mentorship activity during KES 001.

Overview

Mentorship only works when mentors are matched, supported, and engaged. You will coordinate mentors, mentor–learner matching, and mentor communication throughout KES 001. Ideal for people who are organized, relational, professional, and interested in mentorship systems and learner development.

Responsibilities

Help onboard mentors and clarify expectations.
Match mentors with learners or learner groups.
Track mentor engagement and session activity.
Support communication between mentors and the KES team.
Collect feedback from mentors and learners.
