Support Kavana Labs in identifying, organizing, and reaching out to potential partners, sponsors, mentors, institutions, and supporters.

Overview

Long-term institutions are built on strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and supporters. You will help research, organize, and reach out to potential partners, and support the proposals and follow-ups that turn conversations into commitments. Ideal for people who are confident, research-oriented, strategic, professional, and interested in partnerships, fundraising, or institutional growth.

Responsibilities

Research possible partners, sponsors, schools, universities, companies, and communities.
Help prepare outreach lists, contact records, and partnership trackers.
Support proposal preparation, sponsorship communication, and follow-ups.
Help document partnership conversations and next steps.
Support relationship-building efforts for KES and Kavana Labs.
