Overview

We are looking for a volunteer content designer to help craft clear, premium, on-brand visual assets across our channels and programmes. You will work closely with the communications and design contributors to turn ideas into polished, consistent material.

Responsibilities

Design social, newsletter, and campaign assets that match the Kavana Labs identity.
Adapt long-form content into clear, accessible visual formats.
Maintain consistency with the brand system and templates.

Required Skills

Comfort with a design tool (Figma, Affinity, Adobe, or similar).
An eye for clean, restrained, institutional design.
Reliable weekly availability for the contribution period.

Helpful Skills

Motion or basic video editing.
Experience designing for education or nonprofits.
