You will help Kavana Labs collect feedback, track outcomes, and document the real impact of KES and other programmes so we can improve with evidence. Ideal for people who like data, research, evaluation, reporting, education quality, social impact, or programme improvement.

Responsibilities

Support learner surveys, feedback forms, and progress tracking.
Help analyze attendance, engagement, completion, and performance data.
Document programme outcomes and lessons learned.
Help prepare simple impact reports and summaries.
Support evidence-based improvement of Kavana Labs programmes.
