Overview

Consistency is what turns interested learners into finishers. You will support learner engagement and motivation, track progress, and intervene early for participants who may be struggling. Ideal for people who care about mentorship, youth development, education, communication, and helping learners stay consistent.

Responsibilities

Check in with learners during the cohort.
Track attendance, participation, and signs of disengagement.
Encourage learners and help them stay accountable.
Escalate learner challenges to the programme team.
Help create a supportive and serious learning culture.
